There is no limit. The system maintains complete history from v1 to the current version, regardless of how many iterations there are.

Can I add notes explaining what changed in each version?

Yes, when uploading a new version you can optionally add version notes (e.g., 'Changed logo color per client feedback'). This provides useful context when reviewing history.

How do I access a previous version?

In the version history view you can see all file versions with date, author and notes. Click on any version to open or download it.

Can I compare two versions to see differences?

You can access previous versions and review them individually, but there is no automatic side-by-side comparison tool between versions.

Can the client see all versions or only the current one?

By default the client sees the complete version history of their deliverables. This creates transparency. If you prefer they only see the current version, it's configurable per project.

What information does each version show in the history?
